Pilots Brad Childs and Jonathan Plesset took the Diamond to Maryland to rescue an adorable Pit/Boxer mix puppy Miles. The flight was flown under instrument conditions since we had pretty thick cloud coverage there and back. Going down we were able to travel at 170kts with the aid of a 30kts tailwind. Coming home though we had a 40kts headwind :(. Miles was a pleasure to fly and he went right to sleep and skipped the inflight entertainment. Good luck Miles. You now have a new lease on life.
