45 dogs and 16 cats are on their way to a new life and a second chance thanks to No Dog Left Behind Landpilots Jackie Nixon and Donna Krepin. The veteran duo departed yesterday and landed in Martinsville, VA to meet our friends at Martinsville Henry County SPCA. All of these animals were brought in from the south where their futures were in jeopardy. The animals are on their way to the worlds largest no kill shelter, North Shore Animal League America, where their amazing staff will have these animals processed and adopted out within a week or two. Its a happy ending for 61 animals that without this army of teams, would have become another sad statistic. Way to go Jackie and Donna!
