Lookout Kentucky, we’re on our way to rescue 102 animals!

One of our largest rescues to date. We had 89 dogs/pups and 13 cats that were ready to hit the road on their journey to find furEver homes.

It took 2 days, 2 vans, 60 crates, and 4 of our wonderful Road Warriors, Dave, Walt, Mark and Sue, to complete this rescue mission.

Van #1 was loaded with 59 dogs and pups and on the road to rescue!

From Lexington, KY to Erie, PA where they met with:

Empire Animal Rescue Society (EARS), Marshall’s Dog Rescue, All Creatures Big and Small Pet Rescue, Rescued Treasures Pet Adoptions, and Dawn Of A New Day Animal Rescue, Inc.

Van #2 was on the road with Mark and Sue behind the wheel.

30 dogs and 13 cats also headed to Erie, PA where they met volunteers for Peace4Paws, McKean County Spca., Freedom Dog Rescue, Oliver’s House Rescue, Friends of Homeless Animals, INC of RI, and Barking Dog Farm Rescue.

So many sweet animals are looking for a home for the holidays. We hope each and every one of them finds their place and family.

Thank you to this Village of people that are dedicated to helping animals in need. So many hours and days of preparation go into making these rescues happen. It may take some time for this fur crew to be up for adoption, if interested please check out the rescues listed above.

We would also like to thank Linda Rieske who sponsored this mission in honor of Janis Finn.
