Older dogs don’t always have the best luck in shelters. Most of these dogs have been waiting for years to find a home. Now, thanks to No Dog Left Behind 7 dogs are getting a chance for a brighter future.
No Dog Left Behind Pilots Pete Lehmann and Rebecca Mihalcik traveled to Gettysburg to bring 7 dogs who have spent a long time in a shelter to their second chance at finding their furever home.
This mission was in honor of Jarrod Edson, a wonderful autistic young man who does artwork and donates a portion to No Dog Left Behind. His devotion to helping animals is inspiring.
Thanks to Wolfe County Animal Shelter for preparing these dogs to be transported to Adams County SPCA and Morgan County Animal Shelter -West Liberty,Kentucky. Help give these 7 dogs a new life. Contact Adams County SPCA and make one of them your newest love.
