5 dogs needed to leave a shelter asap and their best hope was to take a second chance flight with the No Dog Left Behind Team. Pilot Pete Lehmann departed Allegheny County early yesterday for a flight to the Morgan County Humane Society in Kentucky. These 5 dogs have not had the best luck in life and Pete and the No Dog Left Behind Team were there to change their fortune.
The animals were loaded into the airplane and flown from Kentucky to just outside Philadelphia to La Mancha Animal Rescue. This morning these 5 animals woke up with a second chance. They made their journey from danger to safety thanks to a team of compassionate people looking to give hope to the hopeless.
