48 animals received a second chance and a ride from danger to safety thanks to No Dog Left Behind Landpilots Scott Everitt and Dessie Conaway. These animals faced a bleak future due to overcrowding in small shelters and a lack of available resources to care for them, Its a dire situation facing many rural shelters and our team is committed to trying to do whatever we can to get these animals out and off to places that place them in furever homes. The team arrived yesterday in Martinsville, VA and met our friends at Martinsville Henry County SPCA this morning to load the animals. These lucky souls are going to the worlds largest no-kill shelter North Shore Animal League America. The facilities, the compassionate people, and the huge adoption pool makes North Shore an amazing place for animals to go. Working with these two organizations always puts a smile on our faces and we are thrilled to be a No Dog Left Behind of the solution. Great work Scott and Dessie!!
