Nothing like a holiday weekend rescue! Early this morning pilots Jonathan Plesset and Brad Childs took the plane on a 500 mile rescue from Pittsburgh to Charelston, WV to Hagerstown, MD for 4 special dogs. The first three dogs, all puppies, were found on the side of the road in a box. Sadly they were just dumped and forgotten. The larger dog, a pit mix, was supposed to be on our flight last week but could not get medial clearance. Our moto is No Dog Left Behind and we made sure we came back for her. A huge special thanks goes out to our hero’s, The Paws Squad for their tireless work in getting these animals to us.
