This week PAART made a big difference rescuing 18 dogs in a state that needs a lot of help! Shelters in North Carolina are overflowing with dogs in need. ❤️

PAART landpilots Kim Schaeffer and Tammy Trasatti made their way to Rocky Mount, North Carolina. They picked up a group of pups from the SPCA Alliance of NC and then went to Mt. Airy, North Carolina to load up the rest of the dogs from Mayberry 4 Paws. 🐶

Kim and Tammy made their 3rd stop in Latrobe, PA to meet our friends at Action for Animals. From there, they went to Renfrew, PA to drop off dogs a Butler County Humane Society. The travel didn’t end there! The landplane went back Allegheny Country Airport to meet our friends at Forever Home Beagle Rescue.

All of the driving done by our volunteers paid off! All 18 animals are now ready to be adopted by a loving family.

This mission was sponsored by Lisa Antin from The Alvin and Shirley Weinberg Family Foundation donated in honor of her granddaughter Savannah Antin!
