At 3:30AM on Saturday morning No Dog Left Behind Landpilots Teresa Gamble and Brandon Lyda set out to change the lives of 29 dogs. The team left in the middle of the night to try and make a 1000 mile journey in one day. They arrived in the Landplane in Huntington, WV where 29 dogs had gathered from two different shelters for their ticket to a new life. With their precious cargo loaded Teresa and Brandon set off on the log road up through WV, VA, Maryland and the PA, dropping off animals along the way to Adams County SPCA, LaMancha Animal Rescue, and finally to Greenmore Farm Animal Rescue.
Finally, when the last dog was off the Landplane, they headed back home and arrived Early Sunday morning. 29 dogs who had little chance for hope the day before start today with an incredible new lease on life. Great work everyone!
