3 special animals made a lifesaving flight today thanks to PAART Pilots Jonathan Plesset and Brad Childs. These animals have had a tough road. The largest was recovering from surgery and needed the kind of special trip only an airplane could provide. The brown sweetie had a crushed leg that will need surgery. The wild and crazy white dog was ball of energy that stole our hearts. Brad and Jon flew to Charelston, WV to meet B.A.R.C Boone Animal Rescue Coalition and a fosterer Beverly O’Dell. From there they flew to Latrobe, PA to meet Action For Animals Humane Society. After unloading the team returned home to meet PAART Landpilot David Manko who will be transporting the final dog to South Hills Pet Rescue and Resort.

At the conclusion of our trip we had a very special visitor for his first animal rescue training session. PAART Baby Pilot Jeffrey Plesset was on hand to debrief with the pilots. His input on flight dynamics was on point for a 7 week old.
