We saved our 2000th animal today. On May 5th of this year we excitingly told you we had finally, after 3 years, rescued our 1000th animal. 6 months later and we are here to tell you we’ve saved another 1000. The two landpilots who made our first road rescue in the new Landplane piloted this trip. Lynda Manko and Laura Fruehan completed a 36 hour mission today to rescue 38 animals who would have been another sad statistic. Instead they are on their way to a new life at North Shore Animal League America where they will get a chance at a furever home.
Our 2000th animal is a 4 year old Dachshund named Dime. He is a sweet boy who was so excited to see our team. We hope that one of our friends will adopt him and complete the circle. The entire mission is dedicated to Dime. May he find an amazing home and enjoy a long happy life as a member of someone’s family.
On behalf of everyone here at No Dog Left Behind we want to sincerely thank all of you for your comments, your likes, and your shares.
We want to ask for a small favor. Can you please share the picture of Dime. We want to see him adopted immediately. Please spread the word. He is at North Shore Animal League America.
