Our epic rescue!!! No Dog Left Behind rescued 16 large breed dogs, using 4 airplanes, 5 pilots, 2 ground support pilots, a flight coordinator, and an army of ground transportation people got off without a major hitch. The planes departed KAGC and headed to Morgantown, WV to pick up the dogs. The dogs were loaded up and the planes headed for Lancaster, PA. Along the way we had to battle high winds, broken alternators, and a dog that decided to use the plane as a lavatory! This was a huge logistical operation with many people to thank. No Dog Left Behind could not have done this mission without the dedication of our group. Read all about the rescue from the LancasterOnline Newspaper
