What a way to get your first mission under your belt and earn your wings! Land Pilots John Busin and Kristina Kress took their maiden voyage on the landplane Friday, piloting her down to Charleston, WV. The two checked into a hotel and spent the night. Early on Sat morning they met the team at the Paws Squad and picked up 26 adorable doggies. Lots of puppies which always makes these trips special. The dogs were going to be euthanized for lack of funding and available room. This is the kind of mission we created No Dog Left Behind to handle. John and Kristin then made the epic drive from Charelston, WV to Lancaster, PA to the Lancaster SPCA to deliver the dogs. The team was greeted like rockstars upon their arrival with loads of people lined up ready to adopt. Danger to Safety. What an incredible way to spend your weekend John and Kristina!
