Prepare to have you heart flutter. 8 of the cutest little doggies are on their way from danger and onto safety thanks to No Dog Left Behind Pilots Jonathan Plesset and Patrick Wysor. The duo departed early this morning from Pittsburgh in our Piper Saratoga bound for Charleston, WV. Beautiful sky above the clouds today. We met the folks at B.A.R.C Boone Animal Rescue Coalition where they handed off these precious animals. Back in Pittsburgh we met Pilot Jack Merrit and Julie Altman from Greenmore Farm Animal Rescue, the amazing facility where the dogs will go later today. We asked Julie how long she thought it would take until these animals find their forever home. “These animals will be adopted within a week” she responded. Those are the words we love to hear. These animals, who faced a dark future, given a second chance by the loving work of B.A.R.C, No Dog Left Behind, and Greenmore. People making a difference everyday for the lives of animals. Are we lucky or what!
