57 animals without a future are receiving a second chance today thanks to No Dog Left Behind Landteam Pilots Melissa Garvin and Kathy Yarnick. The team set out yesterday for the trip and this morning met the great folks at Martinsville Henry County SPCA where they loaded up the Landplane with its precious cargo. These animals came from places that unfortunately did not have the resources to give these animals the life they deserved. Thankfully there are people like Melissa and Kathy who spend days on the road making sure these 57 souls receive a taste of the feeling of being loved. The Landplane is scheduled to meet the rockstars of the shelter world, North Shore Animal League America, where all 57 animals will go. From the depths of uncertainty, to a second chance, this is why we do what we do. Danger to safety.
